Individual Therapy

Compassionate Support for Life’s Challenges

Our experienced therapists provide individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. We work with clients facing trauma, postpartum depression, grief and loss, caregiver stress, and young adult challenges. With years of professional experience, Dr. Rosana Marzullo-Dove and Kate Evanoff understand that each person’s journey is unique, and we create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your concerns and develop meaningful strategies for healing and growth.

Integrative Psychodynamic Approach

We utilize integrative psychodynamic psychotherapy, a treatment approach that combines insight-oriented exploration with practical therapeutic techniques. This method helps you understand the deeper patterns influencing your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while addressing present-day concerns. By examining how past experiences shape current struggles, we work together to foster lasting change, build resilience, and help you move toward a more fulfilling life. Our commitment is to support you in discovering your strengths and finding relief from emotional pain.

Couples Therapy

We offer a semi-structured couple’s therapy plan that can last anywhere from 15 to 20 sessions, depending on the complexity of the case. The Gottman method and Emotional Focused Therapy, among other skills, are used.

Dr. Rosana Marzullo-Dove works with families and couples of all types, such as blended families and divorced couples. Reproductive stressors such as infertility, perinatal issues, baby loss, postpartum depression, adoption, or surrogacy can also be causing couples’ difficulties.

As we work with couples, families, and individuals, Dr. Rosana recognizes the importance of creating space to explore vulnerability and uncover the impact of past experiences. Many clients seek support for challenges that are rooted in trauma—whether from relationships, the workplace, accidents, the loss of a loved one, or adverse experiences in childhood, school, or other environments.

With extensive experience addressing trauma and PTSD, Dr. Rosana integrates trauma-informed approaches into her clinical work to help clients process painful events, rebuild a sense of safety, and move forward with greater clarity and emotional resilience.

Finding someone good for couples’ therapy can be a daunting task. Both partners must like the psychotherapist and feel that they are working to improve their relationship, build a better future, and promote well-being for each partner.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

Heal Trauma • Reduce Emotional Reactivity • Transform Relationship Patterns

Trauma doesn’t stay in the past — it shows up in the present, especially in relationships. Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) helps individuals resolve trauma quickly and gently, without reliving painful memories.

ART is effective for:

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Anxiety and panic

  • Emotional triggers

  • Negative self‑beliefs

  • Childhood wounds

  • Relationship‑related trauma

Healing yourself often transforms your relationship.

What's ART? ART is an evidence-based therapy that uses eye movements, imagery, and guidance to help the brain process and store traumatic memories more effectively. By reframing these memories, they no longer trigger negative physical and emotional reactions. Through a series of relaxing eye movements, ART helps you move beyond stuck points, opening the path to growth and positive change.

Dr. Rosana Marzullo-Dove implements ART in treatment for clients struggling with a range of psychological, emotional, and physical symptoms, including issues related to sexual abuse or assault, phobias, depression, various forms of anxiety, panic attacks, grief, unhealthy habits, anger management, OCD, hoarding, sleep disturbances, nightmares, co-dependency, goal setting, pain management, migraines, and more.
