Dr. Rosana Marzullo-Dove, MA, PsyD
Doctor of Clinical Psychology and Founder of Tampa Therapy and Wellness
Dr. Marzullo-Dove has had extensive training to help you with your issues. She received her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology, her Masters in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University, and her Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Mary Washington. Her Masters, Doctoral, Internship, and Post-Doctoral experiences were completed at the American Psychological Association (APA) accredited organizations.
She also had extensive training in Psychotherapy, Couple Therapy, Group Therapy, CBT, DBT, EFT, Behavioral Therapy, Experiential Therapy, and Mindfulness.
She worked with children, teenagers, young adults, adults, older adults, couples, and all types of families (blended, International, LGBT) in her training and career.
She has been a teacher’s assistant for doctoral level students and an adjunct professor for first year college students.
Dr. Rosana Marzullo-Dove is a licensed psychologist in Florida.
Before starting her private practice, Dr. Marzullo-Dove worked in a group practice, university counseling center, inpatient treatment centers, and outpatient treatment settings with children (ages 2 to 12), adolescents (ages 14 to 19), adults, and elders.
She also provided therapeutic services to children and adolescents with behavioral and psychological issues in a charter school in Washington, DC. She provided therapy to emerging/young adults and adults in undergraduate and graduate programs at Howard University in Washington, DC.
With adults, she worked with all adult age groups at a residential setting treating gambling and other addictions and worked with diverse populations, including the LGBT communities, couples, individuals, families (International, blended, etc), and children in a group practice. In all of these settings, where indicated for the benefit of her clients, she has incorporated therapeutic services to address immigration and acculturation issues.
Most recently, Dr. Marzullo-Dove has been working in a private practice providing individual, couples, and family therapy, as well as conducting psychological and immigration assessments where indicated. Dr. Marzullo-Dove holds a private practice in South Tampa and Safety Harbor/Clearwater areas.
Dr. Marzullo-Dove is the Past-President of the Psychoanalytical local chapter (WPSP) of the American Psychological Association (APA) in Washington, DC. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and was elected President of Phi Theta Kappa, received the New Century Award, was selected as a member of the Top Ten All Virginia Academic Team, and received the Excellence in Leadership in the Latino Community Award.
Dr. Marzullo-Dove has supervised Bachelor-, Masters-, and Doctoral-level students.

We use an integrative approach to psychotherapy. We are committed to working with you to fully understand your developmental history, past struggles, unique circumstances of your life, and current challenges; while applying effective therapeutic techniques from theories such as Psychodynamics, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and EFT-Emotional Freedom Technique.
