Coaching Program for Adults
Coaching: It is an analysis and orientation of personal and professional life, using different instruments than the ones used in therapy.
Often, people need a different “push” to overcome obstacles. Having a coach to hold them accountable and help them overcome life’s challenges to achieve their pre-establish goals and succeed in life.
Next, you need to make sure you have the support you will need. You decided to adopt a child (or children) due to your own beliefs or fertility issues. Everything was supposed to be smooth and have a happy ending. But perhaps it has not been that way so far. Adoption can be a difficult time for couples, single parents, and LGBTG+ parents; before, during, and after the adoption. Each type of adoption comes with its own set of issues. Adopting children (domestic and internationally) can bring about various issues that are not experienced or seen elsewhere.
There are many challenges and difficulties that both adoptive parents and adopted children will have to overcome. These include psychological and behavioral issues, grief/loss (of a familiar place and people), potential health problems, adjusting to being a parent or being parented, and sometimes even language barriers.
Parents’ Coaching
Helping parents navigate and resolve issues with their children.
Children present challenges that at times we, as parents, are not well equipped to resolve.
That’s when you need a parent’s coaching: to help you gain skills and tools to deal with everyday stressors and beyond.
Fertility / Infertility Coaching
Helping women and men through the difficult time of trying to conceive and/or understand /accept infertility.
It is difficult for couples to deal with fertility issues. It is much more difficult to understand/accept infertility. Your coach can help you design a plan for becoming a parent or to feel whole again.
