Rates

General Sessions

Tampa Therapy & Wellness is a private pay, out-of-network practice and does not accept health insurance directly. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to learn about your options. We provide superbills and billing documents to support your insurance claims. Payment in full is due at the time of service.

• Individual Session (50 min) = $180–$360 depending on the therapist you see.
• Couple Session (50 min)= $180–$360 depending on the therapist you see.
  • Extended couple session: $720 (100 min)
• Phone/Video Appointments (50 min): $360 with a Doctoral-level therapist or $180 with a Master’s-level therapist intern.
  • PLUS $45–$90 for each additional 1–15 min increment thereafter
• Group Session:
  • Once a week – (80 min) = $95
  • Once every 2 weeks – (110 min) = $145
• Coaching (1 or 2 hrs) = $720–$990
• Weekend Intensive Retreat: 2 days (= 13 sessions) = $4,997
• Weekend Refresh Retreat: 1 day (= 6.5 sessions) = $2,997
• Getaway Couples Retreat = Pricing depends on location

Concierge

• VIP – On-site (50 min, last-minute session): $480
• VIP – Client’s site (1 to 1.5 hrs): $580–$780 for individuals, couples, or family visits, plus travel time ($90 per 15 minutes of travel)
• Monthly VIP concierge plans are available
• Celebrity Package: Ultra discreet/confidential services available at the therapist’s site, client’s site, or another location. Prices vary depending on session time and travel.

Immigration Services

• Immigration Reports – Hardship or Violence Against Women Act (VAWA): $1,800–$2,600

• Treatment Summary: $180 per page
• Letter to employers, schools, or attorneys: $180 per page
• ESA – Emotional Support Animal Letter: $500 plus two clinical interviewing sessions (+$720)
• Copies of records: $2 per page

Regarding Our Services

A clinical hour lasts 50 minutes (75 or 100 minutes for intake). Ending the session 10 minutes before the hour allows the therapist to schedule your next session, write progress notes, and prepare for your next appointment. Case conceptualization and treatment planning are essential to providing you with the most effective therapy possible.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to your regular session fee.
