During my 22 years teaching elementary and middle school students, I emphasized building genuine and trusting relationships centered on social-emotional growth. Through eye movements and visualization techniques, ART guides you to process and reframe distressing memories in a way that reduces their emotional intensity. Unlike traditional talk therapies, ART can help transform the impact of negative experiences more quickly, making it ideal for those seeking a faster approach to emotional healing.
