Rates
Tampa Therapy & Wellness is a private pay, out-of-network practice and does not accept health insurance directly. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company to learn about your options. We provide superbills and billing documents to support your insurance claims. Payment in full is due at the time of service.

Regarding Our Services
A clinical hour lasts 50 minutes (80 or 110 minutes for intake). Ending the session 10 minutes before the hour allows the therapist to schedule your next session, write progress notes, and prepare for your next appointment. Case conceptualization and treatment planning are essential to provide you with the most effective therapy possible.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the amount of your regular session fee.
